This class is exclusively designed for expectant mothers, with a maximum of four participants per group, ensuring a nurturing and supportive environment during this special journey. We cover essential topics like pelvic floor health, breathwork, and techniques to find balance and alignment as your body transforms. Our primary goal is to promote balanced muscle development, stability, and heightened body awareness. Each session is customised to your unique needs, adapting exercises to your comfort, energy levels, and changing body. This program offers valuable support during pregnancy and prepares both you and your body for labour and childbirth. Our pilates classes are guided by physiotherapy principles to ensure the highest quality of each movement. We focus on controlled motion, deep muscle connection, stretching, strengthening, and mindful breathing. Our goal is a seamless mind-body connection, driving exceptional results.
