Our sessions are designed to support your recovery journey, addressing common postpartum issues like pelvic pain and pelvic floor concerns. We also tackle the everyday challenges of motherhood, such as proper baby handling, sleep deprivation, and stress management. Our sessions encompass breathwork, diastasis recovery, and emphasize body awareness. Each session is personalised to meet the unique needs and goals of every new mother on their path to wellness. Our micro classes, limited to 4, are designed to deliver personalised attention, ensuring an elevated experience and enhanced effectiveness. Our pilates classes are guided by physiotherapy principles to ensure the highest quality of each movement. We focus on controlled motion, deep muscle connection, stretching, strengthening, and mindful breathing. Our goal is a seamless mind-body connection, driving exceptional results.
