Our Barre classes are a dynamic fusion of Pilates, yoga, ballet conditioning and functional movement—designed to tone, strengthen, and energise your entire body. You’ll move to the beat of the music in a small group setting (max 6–8 people), combining low-impact, high-intensity exercises that challenge your muscles in all the right ways.
