Description
The Barre Method is a fitness workout that blends elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. It's a full-body and mind workout that enhances muscle definition and helps reduce stress. Our Barre classes are designed to sculpt your body while challenging your mind. Through a series of dynamic combinations, and using various tools like resistance bands, light weights, softballs, and, of course, the barre itself, you'll strengthen the muscles in your legs, glutes, arms, and core.
