Using clinical exams (blood, urine, saliva), orthomolecular nutrition, naturopathy and personalised advice, Teresa helps you improve your health and body composition. What to expect? - help to identify dietary and lifestyle factors that may disrupt your metabolism - help to lose weight & gain muscle mass - help to cope with metabolic & autoimmune diseases & gastrointestinal disorders Click in Explore Plans to book our: => Metabolic Optimisation Coaching Program (3000kr) In this special program you get your first 3 consultations to be used during 6 months. This gives you a commitment to yourself and a long-term action plan to achieve the results you expect. First consultation: - The 1st consultation lasts about 60 minutes. During this session we talk about your food habits, exercise, sleep, stress levels, etc. Dietary adjustment recommendations are given, among others that are relevant and in line with the profile and/or goal. Lab tests are required here if needed. Second consultation: - 4-6 weeks after the 1st consultation, and it can occur with or without the presence of blood tests report. When in the presence of the blood tests results, you can have access to a supplementation plan (your personalized plan, according to your biochemistry). At this consultation, the first results are assessed and further adjustments are made to the initial strategy. The duration of this appointment tends to be 45 minutes. Third consultation: - 4-6weeks after your 2nd consultation. Results are assessed & further adjustments in your strategy plan is made. If your goals achieved, long-term advice on lifestyle is made. Further consultations: - It is recommended that you maintain consultations until your goal is achieved, every 4 to 6 weeks. - After that, you can do your metabolic check-up every 3 months or even twice a year, in order to receive recommendations on your plan. The meetings with Teresa can be booked as an in-person consultation at MOVE BEYOND or an online consultation. If in-person you can check our timetable to find an hour that suits you. Please cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be fully charged.
