Our MINDFUL BARRE class is a low-intensity method inspired by Pilates. Monki is a licensed Physiotherapist graduated from Karolinska Institutet and will guide you through movements that will build strength, flexibility and balance. All through the class we practice mindfulness to become better aware of how we move and feel. Our intention is that at the end of class, we will leave with a feeling of being energized and in more control of ourselves. Having lived many years in New York in the 90s, Monki was one of the pioneers bringing BARRE to Sweden. Her education include BARRE, Personal Trainer, Mat Pilates, Classical Massage, Mindfulness and many related continuing courses to sharpen the skills and offer the best for her clients. MINDFUL BARRE is a fun, gentle and a very effective way of mastering control and to rejuvenate both body and mind.
